Mia, Our Virtual Concierge

Visitors may choose to chat with Mia, Life Loading Travel's AI-powered virtual concierge. You can chat with Mia without providing your name or email address.

Mia conversations may contain information you voluntarily provide about your travel interests, the people traveling with you, timing, destinations, budgets, preferences, and other trip-planning details. Conversations and the trip details drawn from them are stored to provide conversational continuity, assist with travel planning, operate, support, and improve the service, and prepare information for Brooke if you choose to continue with her.

Chat content is processed using an AI service provider in order to generate Mia's responses. Brooke may access Mia conversations as needed to provide travel-planning services and to operate and support Mia.

If you choose "Continue with Brooke," you will be asked for your first name and email address; your last name is optional. Providing contact information for trip planning does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing communications.

Please do not provide payment-card information, bank information, Social Security numbers, passwords or account credentials, passport numbers or passport images, or unnecessary sensitive medical information through Mia. The system attempts to detect and remove certain sensitive information before it is stored or processed by the AI service provider, but this filtering is not perfect, so please avoid submitting that information.

Mia chat is not confidential or legally privileged, and it is not an appropriate channel for seeking legal advice.

To keep your Mia conversation available if you close and reopen the chat, a random conversation credential is stored in your browser. It is used solely to maintain your Mia conversation and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Anonymous Mia conversations are retained for up to 90 days, subject to operational and security needs and applicable legal requirements. If you choose to continue with Brooke, information associated with you may be retained separately as part of your travel inquiry or client record rather than being automatically deleted with anonymous chat history.

You may request deletion of your Mia conversation or associated personal information using the contact information below, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Travel Inquiry Form

When you select a link to start planning a trip, you may be directed to an external intake form operated through Fora. Information you submit through that form is provided through Fora's platform and is subject to Fora's applicable privacy practices.
